Terms & Conditions
These terms are designed to create clarity, protect both parties, and support a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the details and a deposit has been received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date:
50% for regular sessions
30% for weddings
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, unless agreed otherwise.
Dates are only reserved after the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, this is possible with sufficient notice and subject to availability.
Your deposit will remain valid for the new agreed date.
In case of cancellation, payments made are non-refundable, as the date has been reserved exclusively for you.
The Experience
Photography is a creative and natural process. Every shoot is different, and while every effort is made to capture meaningful moments, specific images or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
By booking, you acknowledge and trust Nikol’s artistic style and approach as reflected in her portfolio.
Client Responsibility
To ensure the best possible experience, clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Arriving on time
Creating a respectful and safe environment
The Photographer is not responsible for missed or compromised images due to delays, lack of cooperation, or circumstances beyond her control.
Safe Environment
The Photographer reserves the right to end a session if the environment becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Delivery & Files
Images are delivered digitally in high resolution.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
RAW files are not included.
Images are stored for a limited period after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the property of the Photographer.
Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to:
Use images for personal purposes
Share images online
Images may not be sold, edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Portfolio & Image Use
Selected images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
By booking, you agree to this use.
If you prefer your images to remain private, this must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Travel
Travel within a certain distance may be included. Additional travel costs may apply depending on location and will be discussed beforehand.
Liability
The Photographer takes great care in delivering her services. However, in the unlikely event of technical issues, data loss, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the total amount paid.
Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to illness, weather conditions, government restrictions, or venue limitations.
In such cases, both parties will work together to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
